Our Customer's love us...and the feeling is mutual! Read our reviews to hear about our customer's experiences.

I am not easily impressed, but Opportunity Body Shop actually accomplished that rare feat. We took our car in for some accumulated bodywork and they discovered that one of the front strut coil springs was broken. (I was dubious since I'm a skeptic, but sure enough that big coil was busted clean through at the top, something that is a design flaw on the 2004 Saab 9-3.) They did a great job on the car, in a reasonable time, and they are very friendly and professional with a clean shop.

Now here's where they turned lemons to lemonade: the steering started making noise within 1000 miles of the repair. We took it back, they immediately agreed to make it right (on our schedule) without an argument. But even after replacing the parts as a warranty repair at no charge, the noise was still there. Everyone involved was a little frustrated. They stuck with us, spending countless hours troubleshooting, taking it to other car shops for a second opinion (that takes humility), even buying a used part on their dime to compare with the new parts. They eventually discovered that the factory replacements supplied slightly longer mounting bolts than original from the factory(?!) , which made the rubbing noise on the new springs. Eureka! They ordered the correct bolts, installed, and aligned the car to perfection. Problem solved, runs and drives great now.

What started out as frustration with the job ended up with a comprehensive solution, and reinforced our faith in them, as they refused to allow "good enough" to leave their shop. The issue ultimately was not their fault, but they made good just the same.

Many thanks to Jeremy and Art for standing up for integrity over profit. We can't thank them enough, and highly recommend Opportunity to others. "

Trust Opportunity Body Shop to repair your vehicle and turn your accident into a quality experience.

"I had a great experience with this company. My car looks good as new, they finished the job ahead of time, offered to help me arrange rental car, and even gave me updates along the way. I stopped by to grab something I had forgotten in my vehicle and they remembered my name and were very accommodating."

Did you know....tires naturally deflate during colder months and expand during warmer. Keeping your tires properly inflated year round will ensure better gas mileage and safety!
