Do you have multiple or recurring injuries that seem to not go away?Tennis elbow, rotator cuff tendonitis and low back and neck strains are among the most common injuries in tennis players. This beginner mat class series introduces you to the principles of Pilates including breath, elongation, alignment, segmental movement, core control, and coordination. You will learn about your own anatomy as you create balance in your mind and body. The class will include pre-Pilates exercises, as well as beginner exercises from the classical mat sequence.
