This last Saturday, the Olympia Jeep team had the honor of spending the day at the Elbe ORV park for the annual Snow Jam 2016.  This event is hosted by the Countyline Offroaders, and is held this weekend in January every year.  All are welcome, no club affiliation required.
As is the case with most Jeep clubs, the Countyline Offroaders perform many community service functions, are staunch supporters of the Pacific NW 4WD association, and committed to the conservation of public lands.  If you are interested in events like this, please visit the pnw4wda.org for events, and other area resources regarding outdoor conservation.
This is a family friendly event.

Raymond helped us to get a great vehicle with a fantastic deal. They listen to customers what they want and try to work with you all the time. From testing driving to signing financial papers only took about less than 2hrs which was awesome when you compare to other dealers. Really appreciate Raymond's help and it was an awesome experience buying a car! 😊

I took my 1992 Dodge Stealth RT Twin Turbo (same car as a Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4) to get it diagnosed/repaired. I told Dan (service rep) that it was either "spark or gas" because the engine wouldn't run for longer than 2 to 3 seconds IF it would start at all. I got a phone call a couple of days later stating that the fuel pump was bad. Sounded reasonable to me, so I volunteered to get the pump on my own, because the car is mildly modify and requires a fuel pump of greater output than the factory replacement. I got the fuel pump overnighted (around $400; pump and shipping) and they attempted to install it. I got a phone call the next day stating that the module to which the fuel pump mounts to was rusted out beyond repair and required a new module. Of course, the new module comes with a $300 pump that I can't use. I had them overnight a module ($775) and install it. I got a phone call a few days later stating that the fuel pump relay was bad, as well. Hmm... How does one determine that the fuel pump is bad, if the relay is bad as well? I asked. Well, you put a probe to the pump and determine that the pump is bad, Dan said. I told him that if the relay (or the in-line 30-amp fuse for that matter) is bad, you would get no voltage to the pump and should assume that the problem is elsewhere, not at the pump. But I digress... I told Dan to go ahead and order and install the relay ($130), but that I wanted to see my old parts: specifically, I wanted to see the rusted out module. A few days later, I got the call I was waiting for: my beloved toy is back in service. When I went to pick it up, Dan was gone for the day and I talked to another service rep and asked him about my old parts. He looked and the only thing he found was a new fuel pump (the one that came was my new fuel module and which I can't use). The rusted out module was no where in sight and the front passenger seat (this car was rebuilt inside and out 8 years ago and has immaculate white leather interior) was all smudged with grease where someone had put a greasy hand. I was NOT a very satisfied customer. The other service guy (I can't remember his name) had the car taken to the detail shop and had the grease stain removed and left a Post-It note for Dan to call me the following morning to see if we could locate my missing parts. No phone call all morning, but since I have Fridays off, I decided to stop by and talk to Dan in person. He was out someplace and I happened to see the Post-It that the other guy had left for him and when Dan showed up, I told him that I was glad that the Post-It note was still there, even if he (Dan) had chosen not to call me. Well, as expected, ALL my parts mysteriously disappeared and Dan was in high apology mode. I was polite, but firm and told him EVERYTHING that was on my mind. Including my conviction that someone misdiagnosed my car and my suspicion that someone possibly damaged my fuel pump module (the same module came out of the car 8 years ago and it was in pristine condition back then, when it was already 15 years old) and then blamed it on rust. I have several less-than-satisfactory events with this service shop. My wife and I are going to go elsewhere for service from now on. They get one star because Google won't let me give them zero stars.

I hate buying cars. More than paper cuts and decaf coffee. But these guys helped me get over that. Joe was very diligent in finding me the exact car I was looking for, and kept me updated throughout the process. It was an incredibly painless process from beginning to end, which was a first for me. But my favorite part was by far was Todd in finance. Can't remember the last time I laughed that much. I'm not entirely sure I didn't end up buying a time share. But seriously, I'd recommend them every day and twice on Sunday's.

We are glad we were able to change your mind about the car buying experience. It should be fun, there should be laughter, and it definitely should not be worse than paper cuts or decaf! (shudder). Thank you for the kind words, and for taking the time to share your experience. ENJOY!!

I found a vehicle on the website & filled out a request for information. Raymond Feliciano called me about 15 minutes later! From that call until I signed my purchase docs, my experience with Bruce Titus and team was exceptional! Raymond was friendly, made me comfortable, and answered every one of my questions! Rich, the general manager, was also friendly and helpful. They were committed to putting together just the right deal for me. Todd, the finance guy, was also great! Walked me step by step through the pile of paperwork and got me out the door and driving home in my beautiful, new Outlander quickly! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a hassle-free and straightforward auto buying experience!

The Sales reps (Imar and Ray) were incredibly helpful and I really appreciated how genuine they were. They respected what I wanted and worked very hard to meet my requirements and situation. No hassle at all from start to finish. Test drive was quick and easy, price discussion was fast and not even close to as stressful as some hard pressing upsellers I usually run into. Then paperwork and signing was quick and easy. All along the way I'm having fun discussions about work and sports with their amazing staff. Todd finished up with my finances paperwork and was extremely helpful. Made sure I knew about GAP and extra options and one once again was not pressing me hard to make a higher sale. Knowledgeable and courteous staff make this place a must stop shop. Thanks!!!

This was by far the BEST experience with a dealership that either my husband or I have ever had. Eric Ogren, Rocky, and Ryan, were amazing in a very stressful situation. They went above and beyond with helping us and we were in and out of the dealership in record time. It was seriously the fastest experience of buying a car I have ever had - not to mention the least stressful. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership. We will definitely be back when we are ready for our next vehicle.
