This last Saturday, the Olympia Jeep team had the honor of spending the day at the Elbe ORV park for the annual Snow Jam 2016.  This event is hosted by the Countyline Offroaders, and is held this weekend in January every year.  All are welcome, no club affiliation required.
As is the case with most Jeep clubs, the Countyline Offroaders perform many community service functions, are staunch supporters of the Pacific NW 4WD association, and committed to the conservation of public lands.  If you are interested in events like this, please visit the pnw4wda.org for events, and other area resources regarding outdoor conservation.
This is a family friendly event.

SAVE THE DATE!  Santa is coming to Olympia!  Santa will be at our Olympia Nissan store on Saturday, December 5 from 4pm - 6pm to take pictures with you and your fur babies.  Everyone is welcome, no fur required!  This event is FREE, however, we do ask that you consider a pet food/toy/treat donation to support our local animal care group Concern For Animals.

The Outlander Sport is something special!
The Outlander Sport performs a myriad of people- and cargo-hauling tasks with minimal effort and fuel consumption. The Sport is actually based on the Lancer sedan platform, but is kin to the larger Outlander. With the arrival of the significantly reworked 2016 Outlander, the 2015 Sport now looks quite dissimilar (it will receive similar updating for 2016.)

This was by far the BEST experience with a dealership that either my husband or I have ever had. Eric Ogren, Rocky, and Ryan, were amazing in a very stressful situation. They went above and beyond with helping us and we were in and out of the dealership in record time. It was seriously the fastest experience of buying a car I have ever had - not to mention the least stressful. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership. We will definitely be back when we are ready for our next vehicle.

I worked with Rocky, Jay, and Jason. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and could not be happier. I was treated with compassion, understanding, and most importantly... like a human being. Who loves negotiating for a new car? I usually don't. But I have to say that Oly Chrysler Jeep has been the best experience I have ever had! I worked with Ray, who was attentive to my needs and understood that I wasn't even sure what I wanted. Ray took me on a test drive and encouraged me to really try the vehicle and get comfortable. Ray was knowledgeable about the features and there were many! I bought a Jeep Renegade and the negotiations felt easy. Ray and Rocky (the not so secret guy behind the magical pricing door) understood where my budget was and took the time to allow me to really think about the purchase. This is my second purchase from the Bruce Titus Auto Group and I would send family and friends there every time.

Ok. This is our third Jeep we have purchased from Bruce Titus Jeep in Olympia. We traded our Overland for a Grand Cherokee High Altitude. What a beautiful, incredibly well designed and built SUV. Now, let's talk about the sales team. Joe, Jay and Ryan, you are the best! It was a wonderful buying experience! We didn't set out to buy a new SUV that day. So, there I was in a flannel shirt, hair in pony tail, and yoga pants. We decided to stop in at a Mercedes dealer, after visiting some friends, to see what the hoopla was all about. We walked in and the salesmen retreated to a corner. After several minutes, one approached. He said the one we were looking at was sold but if we wanted to look, that was ok. Why would you keep a sold vehicle on your showroom floor? He clearly "thought" we didn't have the financial ability to buy one. He offered no information on the GLC, and gave us the feeling that we were wasting his time. I had to ask for pamphlet so we could find out information on the GLC. Shame on you Mercedes! My husband said that we should go to Bruce Titus Jeep in Olympia. And we did. When we walked in, everyone said hello, and we went on from there. Joe is new, but a lovely spirit and a humbleness that was refreshing. Having a Jeep Overland with a Hemi V-8, is hard to give up. However, after being clear to Joe and Jay that we weren't interested in anything less than an Overland, they asked us to drive the High Altitude diesel. My husband was interested in diesel. I drove, because I was sure it wouldn't have the power I was use to with the Hemi-8. I was so wrong! The High Altitude diesel delivered. Returning to the dealership, we sat down with Jay to see what we could do. And it didn't take long to reach a bargaining agreement, in between laughing, sharing stories and our lives. All of the sales team talked with us, so we never sat there alone or ignored. Nice touch folks. Ryan was also awesome to work with. Jay spent over an hour going through our new Jeep with us. Answering questions, showing us every little thing. In short, Bruce Titus, you have a really good team now! And Mercedes, we took our money, added to it, and bought twice the SUV! Moral: don't judge how someone walks into your showroom, it could cost you a sale. Bruce Titus, thank you for being "real" people!

The Sales reps (Imar and Ray) were incredibly helpful and I really appreciated how genuine they were. They respected what I wanted and worked very hard to meet my requirements and situation. No hassle at all from start to finish. Test drive was quick and easy, price discussion was fast and not even close to as stressful as some hard pressing upsellers I usually run into. Then paperwork and signing was quick and easy. All along the way I'm having fun discussions about work and sports with their amazing staff. Todd finished up with my finances paperwork and was extremely helpful. Made sure I knew about GAP and extra options and one once again was not pressing me hard to make a higher sale. Knowledgeable and courteous staff make this place a must stop shop. Thanks!!!

In the market for a minivan, my wife and I were greeted by Tony and Ray. I came in shopping for a new Chrysler T&C Van under the Costco program. They were happy to price such a van for us. But it also transpired that they had a 2015 used van with low mileage at a $10K savings, so we elected to take that vehicle. No pressure at all - just the information we requested, and a fair price that I had already predetermined by my research on the NADAGuides. Financing was easy with the assistance of their Finance guy Todd McCrumb. He made the usual up sell attempts for extended warranties and such, but was just as friendly when we respectfully declined these offerings. Once the sale was over and done, Tony spend a good 15 minutes reviewing the features of the vehicle for me. All together a very pleasant experience.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Negotiation was easy and fair for both sides. No high pressure sales tactics which was surprising and appreciated. Just bought my 2010 4Runner from them and loved the experience. Even though they are in the middle of construction they were very nice and not once felt like they were "selling". They offered us certain things and when we declined they were VERY respectful of our decision. We have been searching for a 4Runner for a few months and knew what we wanted and what price we wanted. Chris is the only sales man that took us seriously and tried to get us what we wanted. All the other dealers were trying to sell me an older vehicle or telling me that no they can't do anything for me unless I want to pay a lot more $$$. The only down fall was when I went home and the next day used the vehicle we noticed the back still had dog hair and smelled like dog. I called them back and they said to bring the vehicle back in at my convenience and they will detail it again. The dealership is an hour drive one way so it was kind of a hassle but when we got the vehicle back not a single hair! And the smell was gone! I'm expecting another kid so my sense of smell is strong! I highly suggest you deal with Chris from sales and Todd from finances. You won't regret it!
