This year, I've slowly been working on my outdoor living space. Here's what I've learned so far!
As summer approaches, I've been excited about spending as much time outdoors as possible. I have great memories of eating meals outside in the summer time in the Pacific Northwest. Last summer, I moved too slowly, and missed most of the patio home goods. Who knew that you have to snag outdoor ...

I just updated my editorial calendar doc for 2015. Here's the updated free download and a few things to think about when planning a content/editorial calendar. http://www.earlybirdstrategy.com/editorial-calendar-template/

And I'll be a little quiet around here until the new year. Happy holidays!
NEW: UPDATED FOR 2015! As each new year rolls around, we often get renewed focus on planning and goals. Then as the weeks and months pass, our excitement often fades and it’s harder to think of ideas and follow through with existing plans. Sound familiar? It's rhubarb season!
“You've got a mighty fine rhubarb plant, ma'am”. No, that's not a pick up line, it's a compliment from the old locksmith who came out after we moved in to our house last summer. In the ridiculous whirlwind that is buying a home* the raised garden beds in the backyard were pretty empty looking.

Here's my process for "automating" my email as much as possible. Loving the new Inbox by Google (yes, it's still Gmail, but a little fancier)!
I always hear from people who are overwhelmed by their inbox and drowning in email. Email is kind of amazing and kind of terrifying, isn't it? Practically anyone can find their way into your Inbox these days. And the range from total spam to fairly important is huge. Email, however, is not your ...

So many different fitness passes out right now: +fitmob  and #ClassPass etc. Here's a look at my month testing out ClassPass! #thesweatlife
I consider myself a “dabbler” in many aspects of life – hobbies, interests, cooking, fitness… What makes a dabbler? It's defined as “one not deeply engaged in or concerned with something”, which seems a little negative. I think it of more for the positive aspects — So much to try.
