Some digital publishing companies make the mistake of trying to keep up with content producers who have monetized their sites with banner ads rewarded based on their CPM impressions. This strategy requires low-value timely content produced in a constant stream. Timeless content, on the other hand, involves more thought, and can offer deeper insight into issues. Consider what your readers want now and how they'll still want it later when developing your content.
