Hi everyone!

I'm sorry if someone has already asked about this, but if you can direct me to that post then I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'm trying to find out as much information about Google Tag Manager (both good and bad) as we are considering implementing it on a larger ecommerce site.

Installation and set-up seems pretty straight forward and Google has a lot of documentation on this. Has anyone had any major issues with setup and installation? Was creating the data layer a problem? How long did it take to completely set up?

Has it improved site speed or slowed it down?

Has anyone implemented Coremetrics (IBM Digital Analytics) using Tag Manager? Was it hard? How long did it take?

Any information on the above questions or anything else related to Google Tag Manager would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks!

Check out the top 10 destinations according to Uber.

barleymash is a great place to go watch a sports game. Tons of tvs! And the other places on the list are pretty awesome too.

I'm planning a trip to Joshua Tree and wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations on things to see, places to eat, etc.

Wow, this place was amazing! Went there this past weekend and was blown away. A little pricey, but a truly remarkable resort.

This was from a few weekends ago. Hiked up Torrey Pines and took this photo when I came back down to the beach. The sunsets there are amazing. Just keep an eye on the tides if you plan on walking back along the beach.

Sorry if someone has brought this up. I noticed an issue with the URL rewrites for a site. The url rewrite looks ok...for example it looks like this...

example.com/Afolder/Bfolder/1234

However, if I go in and delete part of the "Bfolder" it still works. See example below:

example.com/Afolder/Bfol/1234

The canonical is set to "example.com/Afolder/Bfolder/1234" but why are these other versions still working? How can I stop it?

Also, what's the best way to prevent the capital letter from showing up?

Thanks!

Hoping someone can help me out. I noticed that some website search results were showing up in Google. However, these search results were not nested within the actual page template, but were separate. Almost looked like there was an error in the page not loading correctly...but it always stays like that. The URL was slightly different than the normal search result pages also.Containing AjaxCatalogSearchResultView? vs SearchDisplay?.

Like I said, the Ajax URL had the products on the page, but there was no formatting to it, just a list of the products. SearchDisplay? link has the products showing up in the correct format with the correct template.

What could be causing this?

Could it be that they recently switched over to a new cms platform?

Can I noindex those URLs containing the Ajax?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
