Another six months roll on and my #htconem8  has taken a nose dive. Upgrading to #androidlollipop  killed performance and battery life - I barely make it to the end of the day on a single charge!

Six months on and still loving the #HTCOneM8. Every now and then the animations stutter but so far so good. I use play music a lot in the car - can't bring myself to pay for Spotify.

Let's see what the next six months will bring!

On the plus side, they've managed to 'maintain' the service which I believe was first introduced in 2010. It has improved (slightly) as they now offer a postal service for the return of your passports. I've just tried it and hopefully there shouldn't be a problem. On the negative side, the website is absolutely awful: too many conflicting information with no clear overview of what is required or needed. In addition, payment is totally unreal with the imposed restrictions on the cards that can be used. All in the name of preventing fraud. Fortunately, for them we don't have a choice. The building isn't family friendly. NOTE: If you intend a change of name application for a passport, the fee to pay is simply £20 postal order - ignore everything else.
