We introduced you to Sarah Wheaton in 2014, when she so bravely shared her story of living with narcolepsy with the world. In her story that aired on the Today Show, you may recall her dog, Sage, was right by her side. Sage is a service dog Sarah received through a local non-profit organization, Glad Wags. On the blog today, we're sharing more about Sarah and Sage's special relationship and how Glad Wags works to place rescued dogs trained as service dogs to help people in need. http://www.oklahomaheart.com/blog/service-dog-invisible-disability#.VOtirsY7it8
The country was first introduced to Sarah Wheaton in 2014 when a video she uploaded to YouTube went viral and was covered by the Today Show. An avid lover of dance and performance, Sarah was filming a video demonstrating a Japanese dance, when her webcam caught a moment rarely recorded.
