It's going to be a busy week! 580 feet of ipe soffit, and a huge amount of steel contemporary siding which we have made all the trim pieces for.

Coupled with 2 active basement finishes, a master bath remodel, and a whole house remodel, we are operating at about 80% capacity.

That means we still have room for your project!

Stripping this roof on a chilly Dayton, Ohio morning. Here we are replacing rotted 3/4 inch decking, reinforcing the existing rafters, re flashing the chimeny, and installing Owens Corning Slate Grey architectural shingles.

Check out this project we completed today. It was the out of town job I have been eluding to recently. The clients gave me cart blanch in the design. I was in charge of picking the cabintery, tops, paint colors, tile, hardware, light fixtures, and designed the entire deal. I'm glad it's over. Getting up at 5 am has been tough...
Recent whole home remodel completed by Ohio Home Doctor. We completed a #kitchenremodel, #bathroomremodel, and modified several other areas of the home as well.

We installed vanilla maple cabinets, venetian gold granite, and oil rubbed bronze hardware in the kitchen.

The old kitchen was small and lacked function due to a central dividing wall which cut it off from the living room, and the fact that half the space was devoured by the families table.

Our solution was to open the wall which meant installing a header and moving a lot of electrical and other mechanicals. We then extended the kitchen end to end more than tripling the amount of cabinetry and counter space. This left no space for a family dining room table. My answer was to build a table and set granite on it. This accomplished all our goals including expanding the kitchen, creating more storage/counter space, opening the two rooms to each other, and providing a dining area.

The table was a risk as this is not an everyday design feature but the client LOVES it and I am really pleased with the overall look and flow of the room.

In the bathroom we completely gutted it down to the studs. We installed a new ventilation fan, shower/vanity lighting, 5' FloorStone base, cement board tile backer, aqua defense waterproofing, a granite topped BetterBench, porcelain tile flooring, and 6"×24" plank porcelain tile shower walls with glass accents.

A major part of this job was working with the existing conditions which included underrated floor joists, crooked 100 year old stud walls, and ungrounded electrical circuits with decades of DIY modifications.

Our whole team stepped up and completed this entire project in 9 working days start to finish!

Congratulations Brown family! Enjoy your new home!
