I have never been so disappointed in a salon. I bought a gift card on December 5th it was a $100 gift card that was worth $200 to spend. The list of stipulations was crazy. That aside I had purchased the gift card to use for facial spa services. When I call to make the appointment for a facial I was told that they do not have an esthetician at this time. I requested a refund for the $100 gift card and they refused. I have called at least 3 to 4 times a week to speak to a manager or the owner and have not received a phone call back. This has been going on now for 2 months. I would not recommend this salon or spa to anyone in the area. If this happened to me with a simple gift card I can only imagine how they treat their customers for other services.

I found Ohana Salon via a Groupon and had a cut and color done by Allison. She was fabulous and my hair looked absolutely great. Time passed and money was a little tight, so I tried another Groupon with another salon. Big Mistake!! Went back to Allison and she totally fixed my hair. I love the staff at Ohana and the service is awesome! I will never switch again! Allison and Ohana are my go to for anything to do with my hair!! Highly recommend this salon!!

The first time I went here I just got a cut and my stylist did a fantastic job. She didn't cut off more than I asked for and the quality of the cut was superb. I went back a couple months later to get my hair colored. I wasn't exactly sure how blonde I wanted to go but my stylist helped me out and told me what would look best. I put my hair in her hands and trusted her to make it look great, and she surely did! For a very reasonable price I got the full package from wash to color to finish and I was very pleased with my experience there! I will definitely be setting all my future appointments at Ohana from now on.

My 3 girls have had the pleasure of getting their hair styled, cut, etc., by Kia. One daughter got 10" off for Locks of Love and got an awesome stacked bob, and my other 2 teen girls received Keratin Express treatments. Kia works her magic so quickly and effortlessly! We'll be going back. Pricing is higher than I normally would pay, but you absolutely do get what you pay for.

This place only has 1 or 2 stylist and do not cater to mens hair cuts. You have to make an appointment 2 weeks out to get a haircut because they cannot keep staff in place. Sports Clips next door is a better alternative that does not require weeks of notice for a mans haircut. PASS ON THIS PLACE

Very displeased with the nail service. This was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten anywhere. I purchased an Amazon Local coupon for a mani/pedi. The tech, Carly, who worked on my nails is fresh out of school (literally, high school- she still wears her high school ring), and is very "green" and inexperienced. She's nice, but should not be doing nails. Here's what happened: I've had probably 50 or 60 pedicures in my life and this one is the worst I've ever had. When I go for a pedicure I look for three things: exfoliation, calf massage, toenail polish. I'm 8 months pregnant. I can barely reach my toes so I splurged to purchase this coupon in hopes of getting my nails done. Carly took me back. 1) Calf Massage. She did NO massage on my calves, whatsoever. 2) Exfoliation. She slathered on the salt scrub and lightly rubbed it in and then rinsed it off. She used the pumice block very, very lightly. So light, in fact, when I got home that night, the bottom of my feet felt like sandpaper! My feet are not bad normally but now they feel scratchy when I try to put on socks or when I rub them against fabric or skin. 3) Polish. She began to polish my toenails and dropped the hot pink polish bottle and it splattered the wall, my shoes, my feet, and the wash basin where my feet had been. She didn't apologize. She looked flustered and lightly wiped off the flip-flops I brought with me. These flops have rhinestones on them and the leather bands are white. Now they are hot pink. She then started to pour bleach into the basin while I hovered my legs over it. Hello! A) I'm pregnant and should not be breathing those fumes, B) One splash and she'd have ruined my clothing with bleach! I quickly corrected her "uh, no, you should not be pouring bleach while I'm sitting here". She stopped and tried to get the polish off the wall. At this point I'm really ticked off. She has no experience, doesn't know how to apologize, nor how to handle a tense situation. As for the manicure- it was "so-so". She couldn't keep the file on my fingers, it kept jabbing my hands and I took my rings off because she kept coming dangerously close to filing them! I woke up the next morning and the polish was already "pulling away" for lack of a better term from my cuticles and looks 2 weeks old. Whatever. I cannot believe a business would try to solicit more clients and stick them with someone who clearly has no idea what she's doing. I will NOT return to Ohana for any type of nail service. Completely unprofessional hacks.

I have been getting nearly the same haircut for the past four years, by many different stylists, and my experience here has been the worst by far. I had a "senior stylist", it cost $50, and it was awful. When I got home and styled it myself, it looked awful, so I called and complained. They brought me back in and she attempted to fix the damage she had done, the whole time making me feel like it was MY fault that she messed up. In addition to this, they did not offer to refund my money. I would NEVER go back there again.

I had a manicure and pedicure last night. I can't believe they have the nerve to charge for them. After the one hour pedicure the girl asked if I still wanted a manicure. After the 40 minute manicure I spoke the the salon manger about knowing this girl wasn't a manicurist and was told they all learn in cosmetology school and she does 6-10 mani-pedis a day. REALLY? She works a 12-20 hour day? My manicure and pedicure look like a teenage girl did them at a slumber party. I have requested a refund and a call from the owner. Let's see if I get it.
