Mentoring to Empower Women
Women earn less money and are more likely to work in employment that is informal, vulnerable and unprotected. They are underrepresented in positions of leadership and senior management. They are also more susceptible to experiencing discrimination at work. At ODScore Inc., we know that women in the workforce continue to face many challenges. This is true regardless of where you are in the world, because no country has achieved gender business parity.

Mentoring is an excellent way of overcoming cultural and multi-generational differences in organizations. It plays a significant role in developing an awareness and understanding of other people and cultures, which leads to positive impacts on individual and organizational performance and productivity.
