Interesting article. I didn't realize what a small percent got re-sold in the U.S. But I wish it was more clear what we should be doing instead. For example, what if you gain and don't want the too-small clothes mocking you anymore? Or if you lose weight, what would be the better thing to do with too-big clothes? I can see a call for having less clothing of higher quality and lower trendiness, and repairing items when they're damaged. But sometimes many people just plain have stuff they need to get rid of.
