Great location on the corner of St Stephen's Green. Some rooms have views of the Green. We stayed over the New Year Festival Dublin ( NYF Dublin) so was perfect for the concerts and countdown outside. You are minutes away from Grafton st (shopping street) and a few minutes from Whelan's the live music venue. Bed was comfortable and room has more of a business feel than boutique hotel. Good Irish cooked breakfast.

Good hotel close to the centre of Dublin. Perfectly OK, but not special. Expensive for what it is.

Hotel looks good. Warm welcome. Room large and clean. Bed big and comfy. Bathroom good size. Sink cracked right across. Shower screen thick with mould at the bottom. Slept well. Good sound insulation. Breakfast good but scrambled eggs cold and black pudding dry. Sausage bacon tomatoes all good. Would have been 5 stars but the bathroom let them down. I can forgive the breakfast as it still tasted good

The location was amazing. The hotel itself sucked. We had a mini suite that had the most amazing view of a dumpster (who places the suites next to the dumpster?) and smelled like 1984. I don't really know what that means but I'm going with it just smelled old. And looked old everything was out dated in the room and one of the tvs didn't work. That being said, the location was amazing so this place might pass as some place to passout but don't spend the extra money on a "nicer" room. Completely not worth. Next time I'll just spend less money and stay somewhere actually nice.

Hotel is rated as a 4 star, but I'm not sure how. It's fairly out-dated, rooms are dingy. We were put on the first floor which is essentially street level. The foot traffic and late night parties kept us awake every night we stayed, which was 3. The staff is a bit grouchy, especially the bar staff. There are not extras to this hotel like coffe makers in the rooms or bottled water. We left our room early every day to sight see and our rooms were not made up by our return around 4. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is centrally located to must things.

No A/C , only fan we could get was very nosy, couldn't keep the nice bay doors open to the outside due to the cars driving under the windows. Bed are very hard. If the weather was cooler I would of rated it 3 1/2 - 4 ☆. But from the price and being remodeled a few years back . It sure have A/C . Room temperature has about 80 Deg. Everyone was nice and friendly. Good location to the Castle.

We had booked on priceline, and then followed up with a phone call to let them know we had two toddlers and would need a roll-away bed for them. When we arrived, there was no note of our request. They responded with " No problem! Head to your room and we will sort it out right away. We got into our room, and noticed that it was quite small, and wouldn't fit another bed. Before I could even call, the duty manager called the room, said he already knew a bed wouldn't fit in that room, and said they were adding another bed to the Junior suite next door and we could move there as soon as it was ready (approx 10 min). No extra charge, no snarky attitude. Great service all around. Rooms were both super clean and recently refurbished. TVs were a bit out of date, but that is pretty much everywhere in downtown Dublin.
