I bought a ticket on the morning of March 17th to go to Newark.  I was told I had to go to the Port Authority and change buses.  Your drive told me to get out at 5:30 am in the middle of New York City, telling me the Port Authority was around the corner at the traffic light.  He endangered my life.... I am a 72 year old female that is not from New York.  i walked at least 12 blocks to get to the Port Authority.  I was the only person on the bus that left at 5:00am from LGA.  I called and reported the driver and was told I would be refunded my ticket of $27.00.  I hope you fired this Driver.

Want to spend 3 hours getting from LGA to Manhattan? Try the NYC Airporter! Getting off a flight at 8:30am will ensure you get into the city by 11:30am at the earliest. Somehow slower than public transit and three times as expensive. Waiting by the signs will not actually get you on a shuttle bus. Neither will buying ticket online. You'll have to find one of their employees and find the poorly designated shuttle stop, located at the end of the American Airlines terminal. Have cash, because their credit card machines will magically stop working.

I use the airporter on a weekly basis, to travel between LaGuardia and JFK airports. I've always found the employees to be friendly and helpful, and the busses and vans to be clean and comfortable.

This is an embarrassment. We've been on this bus for over an hour and all we've done is gone from one terminal to another. They oversold their seats. Had to kick off an elderly lady.

WARNING!! Stay away! Don't use the service. They are totally incompetent and should not be in business. Pay the extra money and take a cab. We stupidly prepaid online for two way travel for the two of us between jfk and laguardia. They advertise a,bus leaving every 30 minutes. This is a big lie and should investigated by the NY attorney general for fraud. On the way to jfk from laguardia, we were told somebody didn't show up for work. We waited an hour and a half for the bus to show up. Luckily we had a long layover. On the return, we waited 2 hours. This time we missed our nonrefundable flight back home. A very amateur and sloppy business.

I really love the supervisor who is Raymond Burgos, JKF Terminal 4. When I loss the phone on the bus. He really try to help me find my phone, and not like others, just make the call. After the driver said did not see my phone on the bus. He going to check and find it by himself. Thanks him and I get back my phone

Got me from LGA to Grand Central and back in about 30 minutes each way (That's pretty fast), on a weekday, for $26 round trip. Everyone who works for Airporter was very helpful. That's hard to beat. Allow yourself extra time. Getting around NYC is not a quick and easy thing. The Airporter is affordable and gets the job done. I've used this twice with the same good quality results.

I arrived at the Port Authority Bus Terminal on a Tuesday night. There was no agent by the sign but the bus did arrive at the stop on time as stated on the schedule. The driver was very friendly and the trip took about 45 minutes from PABT to JFK. Bus was comfy and clean. Would definitely take bus again to/from JFK.

There's a schedule on their website- I've now used them over 10 times and they pretty much adhere to that schedule- maybe 15 mins more or less depending on the traffic. My stuff always arrives with me safely and I've never had to race to the gate- but I also LEAVE MYSELF TIME- seriously people, if you're flying out of NYC this isn't rocket science. I always tack on extra time- especially if I'm trying to head out during rush hour. As for the paper ticket situation, since the first time I used them to the last time- they always always always say "this is your ticket, hold onto it because it will be collected later" so I'm sorry for anyone who can't follow "please hold onto this". The buses are comfy and honestly usually practically empty and it drops right near where I work so there is literally nothing more convenient. In fact once I was on a return trip and my bus was entirely empty so the driver took me right to my intersection. No one has been rude, mean, robbed me, tried to tell me to use a different vehicle.... They are professional. The only reason I am docking a star is because sometimes they don't drive the most aggressively and I do think while the paper ticket system is clearly explained it's also incredibly stupid- but even still, I make it to JFK UNDER the time predicted on their website EVERY TIME.
