Earlier this month I shared about Garment, a non-profit providing sizeless, tagless clothes to
women recovering from eating disorders. Here is another innovative non-profit that is tackling the cost issue associated with long-term outpatient care for those in recovery. Their solution is a peer-led eating disorder mentorship and support program called Project HEALing. Can't wait to see how this program grows!

How can we better support mothers? #MaternalMentalHealthAwarenessWeek #2020mom

I'm so excited to share my guest episode on Christy Harrison's podcast Food Psych. Christy's podcast is literally changing lives. I have had 2 new clients in the past month who, after years of suffering in silence, have found care due to Christy's work. It was an honor to be a guest! Subscribe to her podcast!
