Apart from issues checking in and out of the hotel, my stay was enjoyable. Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom was really nice, love the showerhead pressure. All in all, a nice time.

Always a great experience when coming to the NU. The staff always go above and beyond from the bellman to the counter staff to the cleaning staff. I love the little touches they have from milk and cookies at night to the free beverage in the morning waiting for you at the door. Thank you again NU for another great trip to San Francisco can't wait to come back.

Good, friendly, comfortable hotel. The location is superb, if you want the mellow Brooklyn vibe, which suited us after long travel and busy days. The shops, cafes and bars and restaurants in the area are superb. And travel is great from here. The welcome was very friendly. The room was good, basics like mattress, shower, toiletries, and coffee were all excellent. The room was tired however, with broken blind, safe, and sockets, and a crazy noisy fridge. Would choose to stay here again based on price, but the experience lacked any real spark, and hasn't earned my loyalty... Yet.

We had a very nice standard room. Even though it was directly across from the elevator we heard zero noise throughout the night. The staff was super nice. The bartender was great. The breakfast was adequate, coffee was excellent, though food choices were limited. We didn't use the provided bicycles, but it was a nice touch as were yoga mats in the room closet.

Awesome internet find by my husband for a quick little weekend getaway! We will definitely be back to this hotel: room, service, location were all fantastic! And parking was reasonable as well.

Awkward rooms, could not accommodate out early check request, seemed unorganized. Overall not my favorite hotel experience, but it was good enough for an overnight stay.
