Dr. Masood and his staff (at NOVA Pets Health Center) provide exceptional service and care for our family needs. Whether our dog is there for a routine check-up, receipt of immunization shots, or use of their boarding services, he is treated as a special family member. As we arrive at NOVA Pets Health Center, you can see the joy from our dog by the way he wags his tail and wiggles his body! They make him feel as if he is at home. Our questions are always answered and our concerns always addresses. We appreciate the professionalism and genuine care that Dr. Masood and his staff routinely provide. His sincerity and friendliness certainly made our move to Virginia a memorable and positive experience. Thank you for ensuring our special family member is treated with such care and unconditional attention. It is a blessing to now that we have NOVA Pets Health Center as our veterinary service. May your New Year be prosperous and filled with good cheer!

You want to take your animals here! Dr. Masood works with you to achieve your goals for your animals health. I have been to Vets before that like to run up a huge bill doing needless tests, and in the end your pet still has the problem, and now you are broke. Dr. Masood is honest and competent, and his staff are excellent. The facility is the nicest I have ever been to, take your pets here, you will be amazed.

Ive grown up around animals and had dogs as long as I can remember. I have never encountered a a facility as modern, expansive and full service and NOVA pets! Dr Masood holds a DVM from Cornell. Doesn't your furry family members deserve an Ivy League Vet? My rather chubby Australian Shepherds were seen by Dr Masood and he prescribed a new food and treats. In a matter of weeks, they had shed weight and the 9 year old dogs are as energetic as 6 month old pups! Well done NOVA pets!

I dropped my two hyper-active, very vocal Aussies at Dr Masood's fantastic facility for a couple of hours while I had a business meeting. I had toured his sparkling clean, state-of-the-art facility and saw there was an emphasis on activities for the animals in their care. When Rufus and Mocha got home, they slept for 12 hours! A tired dog is a good dog! NOVA bring out the best in my dogs! Highly recommend to anyone moving to the area to check it out!

A few months ago my dog was hit by a car on a Saturday afternoon. We were new to the area and did not have a vet for our dog. When he got hit we rushed him to a couple of different vet offices but they were closed. I Googled the closest vet, it was Dr Masood. We called the office and talked to the kennel personnel. We explained the situation, minutes later Dr. Masood called us back and met us at the office and took great care of our dog. We have since boarded our dog several times with Dr. Masood, our dog has loved it. We have really appreciated the personal touch that Dr. Masood and his staff has offered us.

We were very impressed with every aspect of this vet. We travelled a long way to see them because a friend strongly recommended them. We were seen immediately, they didn't act rushed at all when they were talking to us, they made us feel important and answered all of our questions and listened to what we had to say. For us this was a very expensive surgery, so much so that we had to have a fundraiser to pay for it, but their pricing was half what we expected to pay. They were gentle with our dog, and our dog loved them on sight. They were even sweet when he defecated in their hallway. The appointment was only supposed to be a consultation to confirm that he needed surgery, but they took him immediately because they said they didn't want us to have to drive all that way again. We were going to be separated from our dog for a couple days, and they encouraged us to come and see where he was being kept; his kennel was spacious, with a cozy bed and a little window to look out of and it was very clean. He didn't even seem upset to be left there. Our dog appears to be recovering quickly from his surgery, and they've checked on us to make sure he's still doing alright. Definitely the best experience we have ever had with any vet.

I bring my cat Beebo to NOVA Pets Health Center for his yearly vaccines and his flea/tick/heartworm preventative. I have been to numerous vets around the country and I can say that Dr. Masood and the staff at this facility have surpassed my expectations when it comes to veterinary care and personalized service. Highly recommended!

Dr. Masood is a very capable and caring Vet. Our younger cat Mocha has always been anxious and fearful - refusing to be touched or picked up. She also developed a terrible skin infection. Dr. Masood treated Mocha's infection and suggested that we try a food called Calm from Royal Canin. After switching both Mocha and Dakota to Calm we have seen a real change, especially with Mocha. She is less fearful and more social and playful. She spends time where we are and even sleeps on the bed with me. We're happy for Mocha and it makes us feel like better caregivers. The Calm is a bit expensive but since they require less it is actually as cost effective as store food. Thank You Dr. Masood!!
