Just updated the Top 10 Saints lists on my site for the 2014 Saints Season.
Nothing out of the ordinary. Drew Brees, Marcus Colston, Jimmy Graham and Pierre Thomas added to their totals, though Jimmy Graham is now #2 on All Time Touchdown Receptions in a Career with 51 (second only to Marcus Colston's 68).
There is one thing to note. Mark Ingram's 9 touchdowns rushing tied him for 6th best in a Saint's season. He shares that honor with the likes of WhoDat greats Tony Galbreath (1979), Deuce McAllister (2004) and Wayne Wilson (1983).

Great list! Loving the history! Interesting to see the shift in passing from the Drew Brees era.

Yep, Another Saints History Video!

This is WWL's 4th Down on 4 after the 44-33 win over Tampa Bay in 1987. With the win the Saints, for the first time in franchise history, locked up a playoff spot.
That was something that Saint's fans, in 21 years of existence, had never experienced.
With a 44-33 victory of the Tampa Bay Bucs in December of 1987, the New Orleans Saints make the NFL Playoffs for the first time ever in franchise history.

What do ya'll think?

Some interesting stuff.
Some people think the Saints aren't done wheeling and dealing.
Saints coach Sean Payton made it clear last week — during an impromptu media ethics lecture — that he had no intention of ever including quarterback Drew Brees in his team's extreme makeover...

If they move Evans this year, they can move on from Strief the next. At that same time, they draft their next QB to lead the squad. They need a combo guard who can play tackle to come in this year, then a solid RT next year. I agree that they shouldn't purged our leaders but the truth is, they're all gone. The defensive guys like Harper, Smith, Vilma, and Jenkins were the leaders. You've never heard of Evans, Grubbs, or even Strief being a locker presence beyond their immense size. It's time to air the team out and inject youth AND skill and let some youngsters step up and learn to lead.

Here some Saints History, but from a different slant.

Recently retired Dan Simmons was equipment manager for 42 years with the Saints.
Here is a neat little article about him and Archie Manning's #8.

Some Old School Saints Action From 1971!

That's Joe Owens (#72) and Richard Neal (#87) putting the pressure.

How many of you could even name the quarterback in the picture?

1987 was a huge year for New Orleans Saints fans. The first ever winning season in franchise history, a 9 game winning streak and a wildcard playoff berth. Here is WWL celebrating the momentous occasion.
