Seeing how a guy makes a death star out of wood is cool enough, but with the added movie sound effects, it makes it really fun.
A very clever YouTube woodworker turns a Death Star on his lathe.

HDMI is so passe'
If you want to project (or "cast") your computer screen onto a TV, a second monitor, or a projector, then an HDMI cable has been the go-to choice for the past decade. Now times are changing. HDMI technology was designed in 2002 and quickly grew in popularity with five million compliant devices sold in 2004, 17.4 million in…

Wireless is really amazing I love it the only issue is in my truck because I travel constantly and I'm never home you have to rely on Wi-Fi to connect devices to your monitors. That's the only reason I still use HDMI or even MHL adapters. If they could create a Wi-Fi signal kind of like drones do and be able to talk to devices instead of having to connect to a regular internet service provider Wile out here on the road I would definitely use my Chromecast a lot more rather than a MHL adapter

As web companies strive to tailor their services (including news and search results) to our personal tastes, there's a dangerous unintended consequence: We get trapped in a "filter bubble" and don't get exposed to information that could challenge or broaden our worldview. Eli Pariser argues powerfully that this will ultimately prove to be bad for us and bad for democracy.

The end was a bit unexpected.

Former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers says it’s time to kill the $100 bill.

Using $100 bills are a pain, would rather have 5 $20s :)

For you Star Wars fans who also like comic books. Or just like backstories.

#starwars #theforceawakens #c3po
Ladies and gentlemen, our global nightmare is over. After months—nearly five of them in fact—of waiting, Marvel’s one-shot comic, revealing just why C-3PO has a red arm for most of The Force Awakens, is finally here. As bizarre as it may sound at first, the final product isn’t half bad.

The Force Awakens + Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon - matches up eerily well.

This is an ok hotel. I got a great rate through expedia, but you get what you pay for. Room wss generally clean, but there was a stain on the furniture and the sheets didn't feel as clean as they could be.

Simply awesome. We shared the pulled beef and pulled pork BBQ platters with potato salad, cole slaw, mac & cheese, and baked beans. The meat was awesome and the sides were also very good. The service was amazing. One of the older employees hanging around noticed we walked away with drier mac & cheese, so she gave us another side of it without us even asking. After dinner, my wife and son were playing with the classic video game console, so I was just walking around. One of the other employees (might have been the owner) asked where we were from and where we were headed. I told her we were headed to Vegas and she gave us four bottles of water for the trip. The food was awesome, but such great, personalized service makes this place a must stop for anyone coming to Kingman.

Great little local eatery! I had the salisbury steak, my daughter had the chicken fried steak, and my wife had the lime catfish. All were very good.
