Alhamdulillah we completed the Quran at NWICC tonight and celebrated asking Allah to accept our prayers and fasting in this blessed month of Ramadan.
اللهم تقبل منا صيامنا و صلاتنا
اللهم انك عفوٌ تحب العفو فعف عنّا

Muslim Day at the Capitol consists of four components:
Training is provided for participants on how to interact with legislators and lobby them for your concerns. This year, Brian Rusche, Executive Director of the Joint Religious Legislative Coalition has agreed to provide the training. This is scheduled for 9am in Room 500-N at the State Office Building.
A rally is held at the rotunda at 10am. All participants gather to hear elected leadership and Muslim leaders speak to the Muslim community.
Attendees go in small groups to meet with legislators and speak to them about Muslim concerns. As of now, we have already made several appointments on behalf of various attendees.
Attendees may also participate in the Leadership Banquet at 5:30 pm at Kelley Inn. [Separate Registration & Fee required for this component]
