Awesome!

When +Guy Kawasaki posted "Wouldn't it be great if you could personalize your phone like this?" (referring to a Porsche commercial) I truly thought (and most people did too) that you would be able to pick and choose internal hardware components.  Here is a great proof of concept of what I hope one day we can really do.  Remember, this is a proof of concept so it looks bulky, but I'm sure with the right engineering this could actually become a reality with a slimmer profile.

Simply awesome resources, especially for front end web app developer, imho.

Sememangnya satu lag sumber yang amat manafaat, terutamanya kepada pengaturcara antara-muka depan aplikasi sesawang... Betul ke terjemahan ni?

Assalamualaikum, dan salam sejahtera,

Soon, I will have an opportunity to meet my previous teachers and lecturers from my previous university. One of them asked me if there is anything I wish I could have learnt or experienced while undergoing study courses.

Knowing how the real world and the industry we are in right now, what we think that the computer science faculty should teach to the students?

I am sure that most of us will agree that whatever we learnt during university era contribute to very small percentage, directly, to what we do day?

So, what could be better for young undergraduates in IT / computer science?

I kinda agree they need to teach source control systems. I am still lost about it myself.

Back then we did have group projects but it was like I write this class, your write this class, we combine them later.

Perhaps they can ask the students what would they like to do and guide them with the appropriate language/framework/methodology.

Amazing..

Doctors injected a young girl who had cancer with the HIV in order to try to fight her leukemia. The HIV was reprogrammed in order to fight her cancer cells. Emma was given the treatment and in a short time became deathly ill as her body reacted to the newly introduced disease… and then a remarkable thing happened.

Great talks about cool development tools using Chrome DevTools. I have been using this almost exclusively for a few weeks already.

Wait, Chrome DevTools can do THAT?

Ready to polish up your Chrome DevTools knowledge? I gave a talk at JQueryUK a few months back, covering a lot of the new and awesome tips, tricks, and features! Slides @ http://bit.ly/11mImDQ

And yes, surprise, many of them are related to web performance... :)

Thinking in 'Curly Braces' mode to write wonderful and beautiful software code.
Introduction
I am the guy, who will always being found sitting on a chair staring at the glowing 23" panels from morning to evening. I will be extremely happy to drive myself through a "time-machine", when I am immersed with programming task that I lost sense of time around me. I used to surround myself with paperback books about stuff that I am doing; nowadays they are superseded by 10s of MBits Internet bandwidth. Others may see and described me as the developer, programmer, IT guy, geek, etc; I like to see myself as engineer, architect, and your friendly geek next door.

I embrace opportunities providing me with enjoyable but challenging at the same time, condusive for software development, adapting scrum (agile) development, embracing automatic buildautomatic unit testing, effectively use bug/issue tracker and decentralized source control (eg git/mercurial/veracity), and provide sufficient machine and peripherals (such as but not limited to dual or more monitor) for developers.
