Rene, we want to apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the furniture piece you purchased off the Noel Clearance Center’s showroom floor. We do feel our signage and marketing activities clearly identify this location as having new, showroom display, and close-out furniture. Also, just to be clear, your review was posted for the Noel Furniture store which is not The Noel Clearance Center where you made the purchase. They are two separate locations, each with a different approach. Noel Furniture is a design center. We also noticed that you have a warranty with that piece of furniture which you could use to request a service call to touch up the furniture. At the time of your purchase, we also provided the option of having a non-showroom piece shipped from the manufacturer, however that would have meant a 4-6 week wait. In the end we regret that you were not fully satisfied. We are making changes to ensure customers fully understand the concept of our clearance center, which offers significantly marked down furniture pricing for display and close-out pieces.
