A nice research effort led by Open Effect on connected fitness privacy. I did a post on medium just a few weeks ago on the same subject.

They don't any mechanisms other than tracking the MAC of an unpaired device (which should be rare) and using unsecured WiFi. It'd be more clear if they gave more detail. As it is I don't see "nightmare" in the headline justified by the article.

Buy
Great idea to trick the senses. I bet this does very well when/if it makes it to market.
Also, they

Hold
I have to try it to believe. Also, wondering if this is a razor/razorblade model meaning, is there some cartridge that needs replacing, and how often. How long does the scent and flavor last after several washes?

Sell
Brand name stinks. "The Right Cup"...Really? The name at the moment limits them from scaling to water bottles, licensing with other firms.

Good points in favor of "selling" the idea. I didn't even get that far.

Those Falcon doors.
Tesla's Model X is a technological marvel that Elon Musk should be proud of, but it contradicts the business strategy that he's followed from day one.

+Charlie Shay right now I think that the EV sweet spot is in areas like LA, where there is high demand for commuting, high demand to reduce gas consumption, ample home parking, ample city parking, and long standing (in terms to other locations) integrated EV specific parking at a great deal of business locations.

When I think back of when I lived in Boston, and the general culture of that city, EV demand there and car style would probably not be as open for cars like the S and X as they are here. I lived and worked in Boston proper, so I literally only moved my car on weekends! There would be very little value in switching over to an EV.

On top of that, and I'm not sure how the culture is in NYC, but using a broad generalization having a car like an S or X was considered "fancy" in Boston. Kinda like you're showing off. In LA that thought process doesn't exist in that manner - it's just expected that you'll see a broad gamut of high end vehicles.

Today I learned: It is 3.57 degrees of separation not 6
Each person in the world (at least among the 1.59 billion people active on Facebook) is connected to every other person by an average of three and a half other people.
In honor of Friends Day, we've recalculated the classic 'Six degrees of separation' statistic for everyone who uses Facebook and determined that the number is actually 3.57. Each person in the world (at least among the 1.55 billion people active on Facebook) is connected to every other person by an average of three and a half steps.

First of all, 6 degrees of separation was supposed to be absolute, not average

Blab, it's where the kids hangout now apparently
I just signed up on Blab based on overhearing a conversation about how fun it was.
So who knows, when I don't feel like sharing my thoughts on here, I may just jump on there or maybe start a hangout.

Linked is an empty profile I just created.

I parked at this location to head to the Convention center for the annual autoshow. Great location given the proximity but I must say this is the worst designed underground parking in DC. Warning when embarking upon your parking journey at the resonance, the first level available for your vehicle I involves a tight spiral down multiple turns. Be careful not to scratch your car or cause a traffic jam with vehicles coming in the opposite direction.

Good news is the close proximity to the airport. Otherwise, average hotel.
