I find it quite frustrating that my +1's don't go into the stream or to my profile at the very least. What do others think? Does it pollute the stream too much?

I feel like it should ask you whether you want the thing you just +1 to go into the stream.

You know, just a cheeseburger with two glazed doughnuts for buns. No big deal.

If you look around here close enough, you'll find a space pony.

"I wrote this post from my heart to remind you, my peers, to look regularly and honestly into yours and reflect on your deepest values. Life is short, youth is finite, and opportunities endless. Have you found the intersection of your passion and the potential for world-shaping positive impact? If you don’t have a great idea of your own, there are plenty of great teams that need you — unknown startups and established teams in giant companies alike.

Don’t lose the fire you started with. If you’re going to devote the best years of your life to your work, have enough love for yourself and the world around you to work on something that matters to you deeply. Something that’s beating out of your chest and compels you to throw yourself at it completely. No one knows whether you and your teammates will realize your audacious visions, but in order to do great things, we must attempt great things."

Well said +Justin Rosenstein

I'm trying to figure out how best to organize my circles. What have people done that's worked for them? Work, friends, close friends, family? By interest? By region? Anyone care to share?

Friends, Family, YouTube, People Who Can Help Me Get What I Want - which is Knowledge and Education on various topics and ideas.

The largest Group is "Friends" I share everything Publicly with everyone anyways but rarely look at the stream of "Friends" because it's all the same thing - people sharing Facebook vs Google+ gifs and sharing each others shared shared shared shared shared previously shared by topics.

Thats why I mainly use the Friends catagory to promote my YouTube Channel which in a sense is a business.

I mainly read the "People who can help me get what I want" Stream because I've added people that resonate with me as far as ideas, creativity and education. My career is surgery, which takes up an aweful lot of my time as is. My escape is another passion of mine - Autos and Vehicles - and I have a goal to eventually be one of the Most Subscribed Autos & Vehicles Channels on YouTube. I have 20+ years of experience in the performance automotive industry - particularly Forced Induction (turbocharging) so for me - My circles were created for my thirst for knowledge as well as getting my YouTube Content out into the Googleverse.

Another full Radiohead concert that was edited together from audience footage and then mixed with the master audio provided by the band.

Visual bugs to fix:
- Way too much white space between categories on the left nav
- Reduce font size of the stream so I see more posts above the fold
- Show at least two comments on an item in the stream
- Making me choose a circle to post is frustrating. Keeping the last circle choice sticky to I have to switch every time is even more frustrating.

Agree? Disagree?

The whole circles concept was one we went around and around about five years ago with Kelman, as you'll recall. I remember thinking at the time that in general it was going to be just too complicated mentally for the users, and also prone to, ahem, "user error."
