I'm on the Lean Lunch today with +Josh Cochrane. Check it out.
As VP of Product Development at Palo Alto Software, Josh Cochrane has utilized lean innovation and led the company's reinvention from a .NET desktop software publisher to a successful developer of SaaS web applications. He also built a team and process virtually from scratch, launched a lean version of LivePlan, an online business planning app, on schedule with excellent quality and performance. He is now delivering on-time monthly updates with new features for 2 years and counting.

Noah Parsons, the acting COO of Palo Alto Software, is a Silicon Valley product development veteran, entrepreneur, and senior executive looking to build the next generation of tools for entrepreneurs and small businesses. He is passionate about internet marketing, product development and user interface design and has applied lean innovation principles at Palo Alto Software, Epinions and Yahoo!.

Topics discussed during this Lean Lunch will include, but is not limited to, customer development, product strategy and design and MVP testing of features.
