Starting a new week can be challenge, especially after a heavy weekend. Starting each day by making your bed. Admiral William McRaven is a strong advocate of this practice. You will have accomplished the first small task of the day, which will lead to a small sense of pride which will in tern lead to the completion of other small tasks. To recover is to achieve. Good sleep, balanced diet and a spot of active recovery are all great ways to help your body repair after the days activity As part of our active recovery we have just finished an awesome hot vinyasa flow class at @aliveyoga. Its left us feeling very sweaty but relaxed and ready for a good sleep. Thank you @ssalsalem for an excellent class.
