I have been shopping around for a while to find the perfect vehicle for me. As soon as i walked into Cool Springs Nissan I knew that was going to be the place. My sales person Matt G., was absolutely top of the line! He went above and beyond my expectations the entire sales process. I will definitely continue my business with Nissan of Cool Springs simply because of the great atmosphere, and outstanding salesperson.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon, not expecting that it was the right time to work through a deal on a car, even if we found the one we liked. We did find one we wanted, and our salesman, Jack, and everyone else made the deal we wanted happen. No one ever made us feel like we were holding them up from going home, even though it was so close to closing time. Everyone was very professional, and helped us get a fair deal on a new (to us) Pathfinder. They were easy to deal with, and we would recommend them.

Wayne in the service department has been very helpful every time I have visited the Cool Springs location. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable in the business. I highly recommend doing business with Wayne at Cool Springs Nissan.

Whoever gave this dealership less than five stars has clearly never done business with the service department here. The dealers are pretty good here; not too pushy, very honest, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. I have only dealt with the sales department once, however. The service department here are the absolute best I've ever done business with, and I've been going for three years straight as a result. They try their best to find every way to save you money, and they even have free washes and tire patching services available, which have easily saved me a couple hundred dollars over time. Their repair and part installation services are also top-grade, as I've went to install fog lights and a new air filter on my car with zero problems with each operation. Whenever you have a car problem, they do an amazing job breaking down the situation and explaining exactly what happened and what needs to be done as if they engineered the cars themselves, and still try saving you as much money as possible when something actually is wrong. I can't say anything but good things about this place; 5 stars without any hesitation from me on this one.

These are very UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE! They are guilty of defimation of character. Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL management I have ever run across! Ive been in several dealerships over the last time 40+ yrs & have NEVER been treated as disrespectful as I was here. This place is a good example of bad business!! VERY disrespectful. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle here. They don't take less than their marked price & verbally assault you for asking them to do so. Actually they were verbally slanderous for no good reason. I mean really?? Completely disrespectful and unscrupulous. If you're interested in a car they have listed online, forget about getting them to take less. You're better off going to a different dealer who shows RESPECT to their customers! RUN TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP THAT TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!! Due to the terrible experience we had here, we will NEVER set foot at another Nissan dealership. We went down the road to the Hyundai dealer & was treated with respect. And they earned the sale. Happy to give my business to Hyundai of Cool Springs.

I have purchased many new and used cars through the years and I can say this dealership's staff is the best I have ever dealt with. Bishoy and Bayo are two outstanding salesman. They took the time to get us exactly what my wife and I wanted, and answered every question we had. The best part was there was no games like other dealerships. Ryan, the General Sales Manager also took time out of his busy schedule to talk to us and made us feel comfortable about our decision. If all other dealership's staff were as friendly as Nissan of Cool Springs there would not be a negative attitude about new and used car salesman. They have defiantly earned my repeat business the next time I'm in the market for a new or used car.

I like others should have read up more on this dealership. I'm disappointed in the "managers" & their lack of willingness to find out if their service department missed something on a trade-in before placing it on the lot to sell. Unfortunately it seems as though the dollar is more important than customer service here. I am quite disappointed in the 2006 VW Beetle we purchased on November 7, 2015. On Monday while driving it, it began to jerk extremely hard when shifting from 2nd to 3rd & 3rd to 2nd & then occasionally between the other gears. I drove it again on Wednesday & again it began doing the same thing. Wednesday afternoon I did some research online & learned that this is a common problem among VW Beetles between the years 2004-2008 and the diagnosis is the transmission is on the verge of going out. Repair costs given to those who have noted this issue varied but most were around $5,000. That afternoon I called and spoke to one of the salespeople I had spoke to before going to look. I explained the problem & what I had learned online. He told me he would get with the general sales manager later as the manager was out at an auto auction. I called back on Thursday & the salesperson told me we could bring the car back down to Nissan & have the service department look at the car and determine if there was anything wrong with the transmission. I explained I did not feel comfortable doing that as I was told they had thoroughly inspected the car before it was placed on the lot for sale. I suggested I take the car to a third party and have a diagnostic run to confirm whether or not there is an issue with the transmission and then split the cost. The manager Ryan Duncan would not split the cost I paid over $100 to find out the transmission is/was out, jerking on a car I just purchased. As a consumer who went to a major dealership, I expected to purchase a car that would last longer than 1 week. I was concerned about driving the beetle any distance, as I was unsure what could happen while driving and more so should I have my kids with me. If I had gone to a mom & pop dealer or a pay by the week dealer, that would be more expected, but not a dealership with "Nissan" in it's name. I was thrilled to purchase the 2006 VW Beetle until 2 days after bringing it home, and then 4 days & now 6 days later. I am disappointed in the lack of cooperation in Ryan to agree to pay half to have a third party, unbiased opinion, to verify if the transmission was indeed going out. Yes, the car was purchased "as is", but what's more important, making a sale or having a happy consumer who will return to purchase again in the future, suggest others shop with you and give a positive review for others to read? The manager & owner do not return emails. The manager rarely responds to text messages. I received several text messages saying "I'm in a meeting & I'll call when I get out." This was very, very long meeting as I was told on 11/17 at 9:35 am I would get a call after the meeting & then 11/18 at 8:30 am manager told me he would be in a meeting till 1 or so & will call when he returned. I've left several messages for Ryan without any courtesy of returning any calls. November 30 and this had yet to be completely resolved. I've been told numerous lies, fail to get responses back from emails, text messages, and occasionally voice mails. Told money was sent to creditor on Monday 11/23 via overnight UPS, only to learn today it wasn't sent until Friday 11/30, was told my reimbursement check for a rental was to be mailed that same week, only to learn Mon 11/30 it still has not been mailed. December 4, 2015 still have not received a reimbursement check & getting no response from Nissan nor the general manger. I am VERY disappointed in this place & apparently having Nissan in their name means nothing to them otherwise they would provide much better customer service. I would rather walk than ever purchase a car from this dealership again.
