This place is awesome. I went in for a minor problem of rattling under my Nissan, and Bob, one of the service guys, knew what was wrong with it right away. He said it would be an easy fix, and wouldn't take long. Took about 20 minutes. There was no charge, and I got a free car wash also. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend. Not to mention free cold water bottles and coffee in the waiting room.

My experience was amazing. I initially was just trying to find out what my car was worth so I got on the Nissan of Cool Springs website to browse and look at KBB Pricing. Once I finished and got my results, I immediately received a call from John Steele and he wanted me to come in and see him because he stated that he was POSITIVE that he could help me. I informed him of my past experiences with car buying and I told him that I didn't want any broken promises. He let me know that he was going to be aggressive in getting the car but he was very sure that he could help me. I advised him that I would come in on Wednesday and see him. I got there on Wednesday(last night) he got my information and got my preferences on what I wanted, he took everything to the finance manager and began to work numbers. He came back and showed me exactly what I wanted. Now, I waited forever which I didn't like 3 1/2 hours to get a deal but when I finally got it, he came and shook my hand and congratulated me. I asked him to look at the deal like he was buying a car for his daughter and that's exactly what he did. He looked at the numbers and I was able to trade in the car I had and pay it off with a lower interest rate and better payment plan. The finance manager was also very nice as he helped me get the best rate for GAP Insurance and Maintenance. I am very impressed and I will forever be indebted to them. Thank You John for the great experience and my NEW 2016 NISSAN ALTIMA with only 15 miles....

I have been shopping around for a while to find the perfect vehicle for me. As soon as i walked into Cool Springs Nissan I knew that was going to be the place. My sales person Matt G., was absolutely top of the line! He went above and beyond my expectations the entire sales process. I will definitely continue my business with Nissan of Cool Springs simply because of the great atmosphere, and outstanding salesperson.

The worst experience EVER . First we drove for ever trying to find this hidden dealership. We wanted to see if we liked a van . Salesman would not even let us look inside or set in the van without giving him all of our contact information. We were ready to buy if this van was suitable . Since when did shopping for a auto you can not look inside vehicle

to Nissan...2 hr wait for express oil change is not express !!! You should not advertise express if you do not have it !!! take the sign down as well!! You might consider letting people make apt. as this is not an option either.( as I was told). No I did not wait nor will I return
