Stay Away.. BAD! BAD! BAD! Very Disappointed, They lied!!!! They lied again. Here is the story; I worked out a deal. Of course it is always back and forth for this process... I spoke to Lee (the salesperson) and he was speaking to Jay H. Lee the GM. Since the car I was trying to buy was a 2015 and it is the end of the month most dealerships are trying to make deals. I worked out a price OTD. This means Out The Door (No other cost, tax and license included). I specifically stated this 3 times as I wanted there to be crystal clear understanding of the negotiated price. So great a deal was struck and I go in to buy the car. Then came the excuses, lies!! Well we can't do that! Why not I asked we made a mistake! Then they handed me a paper that had a price $7000 more. I told them we already agreed on a price! So lots BS later they did not honor there deal. Honor is important to me as we have service person honor our country!!!!! However Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn have no Honor or integrity... Further I asked to speak to the General Manager and he would not even take the time to speak to me. Thanks for the dishonest behavior Jay Lee. Thanks for completely disregarding our nations military veterans. Beware and I would suggest going elsewhere. Not good place.

The one star represents -20 stars! Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. We traded in our 13 Honda Pilot for a lifted 15 Nissan. A brand new truck. During financing we decided to change out the cloth seats to leather and add heated seats and a DVD player in rear cabin area. The vendor they used for the leather severely marked and gouged plastics in a brand new truck. Even put a large scratch in the exterior paint on door removing the seat rails. When putting in the heated seats they cut a 4 in by two inch square out of brand new carpet rather than pulling up the carpet and running wire in a clean fashion. Our Truck has been at dealership twice now in the last month since bought. They fix little things at once, saying they took care of everything. Only to get in vehicle and realize they did as little as possible. I hate these crooks now. I will be getting a hold of Nissan corporate and the rairdon head office to get my voice heard, since once you ve signed your name on that line you are no longer their worry. Save yourself the head ache DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Vehicle purchased 2/7/16. My 3 year old pilot had an almost perfect interior in it vs my one month old Truck with two handfuls of gouge and dings due to THEIR hired vendor. I will be spending my next few weekends in front of their business warning others. I will have a perfect Truck again one way or another.

I will come back on here later today to do a review for this dealership from my expiernce recently. I was in there the 1st of this month or late last month and worked with a guy named jerry in sales. The 2nd time I was in there was last week and just to find out he had been promoted to desk management, if he treated and acted the same way he did towards me to other customers at this dealership then i do not under stand how he was able to move up on the pay scale. I have never went out of my way to do a review on Google for any business before . But I can not believe the things that went on. And the things I expiernced.

I bought my first Nissan from Rairdon's in the summer of 2011. Since then, I have been back regularly for service 3 more times for vehicle purchases. I have not had a bad experience, but somehow each time my experience has improved. Chin was wonderful to work with on the sales floor and Valerie was awesome in finance. I love my vehicle, but if I have to replace or renew I will definitely head back to Rairdon's.

This is my 4th car I've purchased and my second Sentra. This was the best buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Tamie and Raul mostly but everyone who works there is so friendly and nice! I didn't feel pressured or like I was being pushed in any direction. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The GM went the extra mile to get me 0% interest which is amazing and I absolutely love my new car!!!!! I recommend this place if you're looking for a new car I will definitely buy from them again! Bought a brand new 2013 Altima from here and started haven't issues including rattles within the first month. Brought it in and was told everything was fixed but upon picking up rattles were still there. To keep long story short, I brought it in about 12 times over the course of 3 years for some of the same issues and some new including the backup camera, airbags, blown out speedometer, etc. The issues continued each time I picked up. They kept pushing them off until my manufacturers warranty expired and then wouldn't fix even though I bought a gold preferred extended warranty from them at purchase date. Came up with excuses every time. The service staff is a nightmare. The shop "manager" George always a frustrated look on his face and has horrible customer service. Leia gets defensive for almost anything you say and starts arguing and giving issues instead of helping. PLEASE stay AWAY and save yourself the hassle. There are plenty of other Nissan dealers in the area.
