I'd love to experience mob programming on a daily basis in a project. Just tried it for a few hours, and I really enjoyed it.

I'm sure that the quality will increase and the technical debt will decrease, but I'm not convinced that it is more productive than pairing. +Woody Zuill explains very good, why his team becomes more productive by mob programming. (And it sounds very reasonable ;) ) I hope I can make my own experiences in a team, one day. - and I hope I is right.

Working that way must be very informative and a lot of fun!

Today Google hosted the Women Techmakers event in their Munich office. An event about (but not only for) women.

Five women introduced their businesses, shared their experiences and knowledge. I always love to hear personal stories about one's career. I learned about products and service (Boxcryptor https://www.boxcryptor.com - I like their logo!, metaio http://www.metaio.com/ and coderletics http://www.coderletics.com/) and about useful apps (POP App https://popapp.in/).

And I saw a video worth sharing (I totally know that feel!): https://youtu.be/fa9DLxDtPtc

Thanks for all the inspiring talks, the extensive podium discussion, the nice and very interesting conversations during the breaks, thanks Google for coffee and food and special thanks to +Aygul Zagidullina for organizing the event!
