Happy #Fall Y'all!

This is by far my favorite time of year ๐Ÿ

To ring it in, I put the brakes on my run, and decided to walk my normal 4-mile roundtrip route to the gym as opposed to driving it. During this time, I meditated to relaxing 'nature sounds' and thoroughly soaked up all the sunshine and took in every bit of the scenery and fragrant greenery surrounding me.

Indeed, these leaves will soon fade ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ‚

If you haven't already done so, be sure to get in some physical activity in celebration of #Autumn. Even if it's just a 10 minute walk.

While I was out running, an older woman stopped me and asked "If there's any other way to lose weight?" She complained of joint-related issues.

Funny enough, someone further down the road waved for my attention only to shout "I should join you but I hate running!"

Made this amazing berry-rich bowl of pure delish for tonight's dinner and the goat cheese croquette just completely set it off!

I had goat cheese on my mind all week so I finally decided to whip up a quick batch of warm croquettes as shown.

I've posted several recipes in the past but this one's the simplest.

1. An egg to coat;
2. Raw almond flour to batter; and
3. A brief pan fry on each side (~2-3 minutes)

That's it!

I survived my first Summer in the South!

But, I'll admit it was a bit of a struggle as I constantly had to time my outdoor runs in order to beat the peak heat hours. Now, with the weather switch, I've brought back my 'anytime' running and I'm thoroughly enjoying the flexibility ๐Ÿ˜Š Hope you get/got in a good Friday workout ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ
