Google Creative Labs announced its collaboration with Raspberry Pi this week, making web development even more accessible to code newbies and Pi enthusiasts. Coder, as it is called, is a bare bones software development kit (SDK) that uses Pi to make a small, private server for local code experiments.
It is quite impressive when you consider the $50 + 10 minute investment to get this bijou up and running. Plus, it is built to work alongside CS tutorials from Codeacademy and Khan and its code is available on GitHub for more hands-on exploration.
