Good Review, but are you sure that EIS is even used for photos? As far as I know this is softwarebased stabilization for videos.
All that matters in situations like your cyclist is the shutter speed.

OIS comes to play for photos, but is mostly of use in lowlight because the phone can keep the shutter open longer to get in more light without registering shakes by the user.

Good soup, lots of flavor reasonable quality for the price. 180nt for the chilli beef noodle. The noodles were a little overcooked but that's more about the local taste than anything else.

The pool is gorgeous but a little strict...all the whistling was disruptive. The spa more than makes up for the nosiness if the pool! First rate soaks and shower experience.

Simple menu, good ramen. Noodles not over cooked, broth was good my initial reaction was to want condiments of which there was only Japanese chili and salt & pepper (!!??!!). Ended up really loving it, though I still wish offering spicy meant spicy. There is better ramen in town, but it's high to middle of the pack...not top dog.
