Google+ Photos needs more management tools. For instance, it would be great to see duplicates (I know I have some in the 6k photos I've uploaded), or even just be able to group similar things more easily. The album management is still messy, too.

Gmail should auto-suggest which labels to apply to each message.

I would love gmail so much better if it showed folders instead of labels.

Finding out that the #Note4 update to #Lollipop is still at the manufacturer stage is kind of silly, especially since the #S5 has it already.

Hey +Nicole Cozma
Waiting for your update can be a real pain in the neck, especially when you see everyone else around seeming to get updates while you're left holding a phone that isn't running the latest and greatest software.  It's very rare to see a manufacturer announce a date for an update ahead of time, since a very long part of the process is testing the software and correcting it and testing it and correcting it and testing...well you can see what I mean.  If there was some kind of official announcement that turns into a deadline for the developers, they might be pressured to rush out a flawed product - which is something that you definitely don't want and I definitely don't want.

Google Play Music keeps starting at full volume, despite turning it down each time. Anyone else noticing this?

I use Google Now reminders for basically everything. I'm sure it's killing my short-term memory or something, but whatever! This recent bug is driving me crazy (sets an alarm instead of a reminder through the app), but it did encourage me to do a master reset. My Note 4 is like a brand new phone again!

Had a wonderful dinner with the family. Corned beef, red potatoes, cabbage, and good company. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

A new standard of USB is coming to market this year, and it's hard to not be impressed with the progress made since the version that was released in 2008. Here are the things you'll want to know about USB Type-C.

Mr. Jingles is celebrating the Lunar New Year :)

Thankfully Google didn't dress him as a sheep, goat, or ram (since there's still no set opinion on how to translate this year to English).

Story

Turn your face toward the sun and all the shadows will fall behind you.
Introduction
When I'm not writing things, I spend my time finding new apps/tricks for my Androids, playing Diablo III or World of Warcraft, cooking, taking pictures, and reading.  I have two cats, love technology, Art Deco, and the absence of snow in Florida (though I do like the idea of visiting snow up North). I share most of my photos and thoughts on Google+, but I also maintain Twitter and Facebook accounts.

I like to meet new people, so introduce yourself if you're taking the time to read this.
