If a picture says a thousand words, Jacob Holbert's senior photos proved Whataburger cravings stop for nothing, not even a photo shoot. His pictures were not shot in a nice park or studio, they were taken in one of the orange and white restaurants.

First, I must say that this review is for the Enterprise at the Bradley International Airport. Several of the other reviews are not the same location or the same company. It looks like an error from a merge. I was very disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. First, the pick up shuttle from the airport was excruciatingly slow to come. I waited about 25-30 minutes for the shuttle. I saw every rental company come by (several more than once), before Enterprise came. A couple boarded the shuttle with me. Our driver, Amanda, was nice and apologetic. The couple pressed her with questions about why the shuttle service was slow and internal questions about hiring and turnover, to which Amanda answered honestly. She said that she also was unhappy, but that they just hired two additional drivers, so coverage may get better. She said that she has passed on the feedback to management but encouraged us to as well. She was is a great employee and has management written all over her. I entered the office with the other couple, who were part of the rewards program. My customer service representative Kaylee was nice and provided adequate service. However, the other CSR asked the couple many questions, like if they needed a toll pass or wanted to upgrade to a premier car. I was very interested in a toll pass, as Kaylee knew I was traveling out of state with the car, but was never asked. She did give me a choice of three cars in the level I had purchased. I chose one, blindly. We walked around the car. The car was very dirty, covered in scratches and bird poop. When I got inside, I noticed a light on in the dash, but figured it was not a big deal, as Kaylee had just sat in the driver's seat to record the mileage. Once I arrived to my destination, I realized the light signified low tire pressure. How dangerous! I went through the hassle of airing up the tires (with very dirty rims) at a gas station. Surely representatives are trained to look for that in cars. I wondered how long the tires were low and how often they are checked. I was very unsatisfied with my Enterprise experience and will likely not use them again. There are too many other choices.

I've eaten here many times - it's a great place to go to please a crowd. Their custom burger options are awesome - although the "premium" toppings can make your burger a bit pricey. I really like getting the burger in a bowl when going low-carb. I never have room for dessert but I have had their ice cream sandwiches and milkshakes, which are fab. Also sign up for their loyalty card - the C List - and you will earn money towards a future order. There are some things The Counter can improve: Do not go here for lunch - the service is very laid back and you will not be in and out within an hour. Catering - the options are great and EVERYONE LOVED IT but my order was about 20 minutes late. The "Market Select" offers - the last 3 times I've gone they've been "between" their Market Select options and I was highly disappointed. Are they even continuing that program? *edit* I just called again and they "don't really have" any Market Select offerings at the moment... unless it's beer. Um,okay. Their social media contests - there seems to be a LARGE disconnect and disorganization between corporate and the individual locations. 2 years ago I participated in a best burger contest and despite being a semi-finalist the winner was never announced. I wrote emails and was given half-hearted answers from corporate for months. The local location had no idea what I was talking about and were not aware that 3 burgers from their location had made it into the finals. I like The Counter and will continue to go there - but they have a lot of room for improvement.

With so many popular Greek restaurants in Houston, it's likely Alexander the Great could be overlooked. Skip the big names and go to this hidden gem. Personalized service, fresh ingredients and entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. The food here is authentic and delicious. Try anything. You won't be disappointed.

This might be the one. The pizza place in Houston I've been looking for. Delicious pies with creative, quality toppings. We're going to have to go steady for a bit longer before I commit to you, Luna Pizzeria, but I'm on the cusp of loving you for good.

I love this place. The drop off service is easy and not too expensive. They even have dry cleaning services available, which is great because they are open later for pick up. I can drop off or pick up dry cleaning on a Sunday - changes my life. Everyone here is very nice - they always remember me. Do your laundry here!

This place is a gem. Interesting decor, delicious food with flavors I hadn't encountered before. It is not cheap, but not crazy expensive. Definitely date venue material - if your date is adventurous. If your date is not, well, you have more to worry about than dinner.
