Amici della #Puglia chiedo venia, so che sarà per voi un sacrilegio, ma oggi le cime di #rape le ho cucinate così con le casarecce invece delle orecchiette, ma sempre facendo bollire le rape, poi soffriggiamo con aglio, peperoncino e acciughetta e impiattiamo con una grattugiata di ricotta salata.

When you come back home after a busy day of work, cold and traffic … and you were at the supermarket, but you were so “done” that you just bought canned food [because in this way you do not need to think about a cooking recipe] here is in that time must come off the ‘Idolincucina” in you.
Tuna and beans is good, but maybe not tonight. So I open the freezer where something is always forgotten. Here in fact, I find a pack of frozen cod fillets, forgotten. At this point the tomatoes sauce jar just picked at the supermarket before, makes sense and gives me the idea to create a simple #recipe and finally flavor this blessed cod, which is also light and healthy, but let’s give him a great taste. A #Idolincucina can not give up enjoying the taste … never!

Happy new year Idols! So did we stuffed ourselves all the time in these celebrations days? To much as usual? Did we strictly followed the tradition of December 24th of the fried cod? OK but there is not just one recipe for codfish and perhaps on January 6th [that in Italy means the end of Christmas time, Epifania] we could end how all began: with a simple, cheap but effective recipe. Just 4 simple steps and just 30 minutes to prepare.
Let us just remember that we must desalinate the cod in water for 2 days and then dry it before we begin.
