That said, I've recently been nominated (by someone/s unknown) in the UK Blog Awards 2017. I had to fill in a section that says "Why Vote for Me?" and my answer was...
"Only vote for Curly&Candid if you read the blog, like the way I write and if you think you'd like to visit again". That's what (in my opinion) these awards should be about, not a popularity contest.
