Would love to see temps get up to seasonal averages soon... April should mean highs in the 50s. 45% of rain daily is a little rough though!
WeatherSpark: beautiful weather graphs and maps making in-depth weather information easily accessible.

Great example of how stunning Wisconsin can be.

Hello Wisconsin,
My name is Craig and I live in DePere. I am new to the group and fairly new to Google+, but thought I might share one of my favorite shots of the sunrise at Sturgeon Bay lighthouse.
I hope you enjoy it.

Nate at ReMachines AGAIN fixed my annoying computer problem with a simply phone call. Highly recommend ReMachines in Madison for any computer problems... they are consistently awesome.

REMACHINES

I don't know why it's so difficult to find good computer repair help in Madison, but it is. When my computer was nuked in a electric surge a few years back, I took it in to a few different Mac repair places in Madison, but none were very helpful... they either said the computer was garbage or I'd have to spend $900 for a replacement part. I found ReMachines at the last minute, and Nate was able to replace the part from a similar "retired" machine he had for only $150 bucks. Computer saved, headache gone.

I have had a number computer problems over the last few years, and Nate at ReMachines has always offered helpful, affordable, and accurate work and advice. The ReMachines attitude is positive and practical, all about making lemonade out of lemons. These guys are different, and deserve your business. Not only will they solve your problem, but they will make you feel great about it. Five stars.
Quality Excellent

Very disappointed. Drove 2.5 hours from Madison, WI to buy a Prius V, but wasted my time because the car was already spoken for. Had called dealer in advance to inquire about the Prius advertised on Craigslist. Therese, the woman I spoke with, assured me the car was still available and I should come see it; she knew I was coming from Madison. When I got there, there was a "Hold" tag on the windshield, but with another person's name. Michael, a sales guy, assured me they were holding it for me, but after 30 minutes waiting around, he informed me someone had placed a deposit on the car the prior day. Why did they tell me the car was available? "Our internet sales team needs to get better," he said. I agree! So then we go out to look at new Priuses... Michael says, "We really want to make up for this, we'll do whatever we can to get you in a car." But when we actually talk price on a specific vehicle, he says, "The price on the windshield is the best we can do." Really? So I drive 5 hours round-trip, you admit fault to wasting my time, then you give me the advertised price as a way of showing how much you want to make up for it? Pretty lame, AutoNation. I was dumbfounded by the lack of accountability here.

Cannot recommend this barber shop more highly. Friendly and capable barbers, reasonable prices, down-to-earth atmosphere. Nick re-defined my hair and beard and did exquisite, meticulous work. Really fun to enjoy the talents of someone who is serious about their trade. Will be back next time I am in the area.

I've been eating at the barn since I was a kid, and it has always been great. Current owner took over while I had been out of Wisconsin for a while; she made some changes, but the place is arguably even better than before. Food is best described as tavern food and is very well done. High-quality ingredients, full flavors, thoughtfully put together. The kitchen is always trying new things and it shows. Beer list is EXTENSIVE (see "the Bible") and Amber is a beer expert who can help anybody find something they like. The crowd here is super friendly too, a testament to the culture these guys have created in this great small-town bar and grill. Also, if you come during summertime, the deck outside under the willows is a truly wonderful way to end a day.

Love Ski-Hi, been coming here for years. I guide rock climbing trips 4-5 days a week at Devils Lake and alway look forward to September, when I can stop in at Ski-Hi for cider, pie, or apples at the end of the day. Ski-Hi is very no-frills, which I love. Where else can you shop for apples with like ten mounted deer heads overseeing the operation? The apples and treats are great here, as are the people. This is not a you-pick orchard, so if you're looking for that you'll have to find one elsewhere.

The folks at Wheeler's run a lovely campground. Nice grassy sites with beautiful, mature shade trees... clean bathroom facilities (though maybe they could use more capacity during busy times)... friendly owners who welcome you personally when you arrive... great pond/creek/playground/game room opportunities for kids. I really appreciate that Wheeler's keeps thing down-to-earth, more like the places I remember camping when I was a kid. And they are awesome about enforcing their quiet hour rules and cracking down on party crowd so you and your kids get to sleep at night. Highly recommended!

Unique, classic small-town diner that feels like a diner should. Custom-made booths look like a hip owner repurposed them from a church some where, but they are actually just original from the 1930's. Tin ceilings match the old timers that are always gathering here for breakfast. Menu prices match the cheapskate climbing rats that have made this their regular joint. Jen's ain't fast or sharp, it's just good. If you are coming from the big city, remember you probably came here to slow down... this is your opportunity. Enjoy!

Great out-of-the-way spot for a short hike with lovely views of the Wisconsin River and the river valley. Can see Sauk City to the northwest, and Blue Mounds State Park WAY to the south on a clear day. Area is closed for bald eagle nesting in the winter months.
