I was made in Japan but grew up in a town with corn fields on all four sides. I have allergies, so I don't go back. I lived in Shanghai for a couple of years when I was a kid, but my kids speak better Mandarin than I do. I went back east to Dartmouth to learn how to drink but found out that I didn't have the genetics. I went west to mine bits in silicon valley and still have a house there. I do photography when I can and I hope I'm getting better. Last year, I took a year off to live in Paris and explore around Europe. I'm now working for Nest Labs (a Google company) and getting back into the swing of work.
Wife, kids, job. Hopefully, I'm still breathing.
