Amazing underwater photo by commercial diver and underwater photographer Phoebe Rudomino taken during a shoot at Pinewood Studios where they have several huge underwater tanks. We are mesmerised by the results! Take a look at the image of her setting up the shoot.

How Little Exercise Do We Need?

This is interesting research - turns out that exercising at high intensity for a short time (1 minute), followed by 1 minute of rest, repeated about 10 times (for a total of 20 minutes), has the same benefits as much longer bouts of moderate exercise.
This is good news for those of us who do not have enough time during the day. It is called High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

And there are more benefits -
They found that even a single bout of the 1-minute hard, 1-minute easy HIIT training, repeated 10 times, improved blood sugar regulation throughout the following day, particularly after meals.
Short, intense bursts of exercise, followed by brief periods of rest, produced significant benefits for the heart and overall health.
