To watch a former successful country fall down completely because of a right populist trip is like a very bad trash movie - but still - popcorn please on this one! [1]

Desperation and disgusting ideas on an hourly schedule. Everyone can smell the odor of being frightened to hell which UK politicians distribute everywhere. "Countries lining up to trade with the UK" - sure - waiting for their turn to just buy out UK when the right moment has come.

The destructive element of "direct democracy" and its polarized society only spreading hate at every moment as a prime example of never introducing it unless you want the "You lost, get over it!" as political statement in your country, too.

So far we have:
1. "it is an easy deal"
2. "it will be perfectly easy"
3. "Ok we admit it is difficult, but the PEOPLE HAVE DECIDED"
4. "Ok the EU is at fault because they do not give us what we want"
5. "We prefer to talk to EU leaders and not to Barnier nor to the European Parliament because we must break the unity of EU27 for our own interest and THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE gives us a mandate for that. UK first!"
6. "Everyone who believes and spreads sentiments that Brexit will not be a success is unpatriotic."
7. "You lost, get over it. Libtards and snowflakes, you lost. Get away"
8. "Everyone NEEDS to make Brexit a successful move!"
9. "The press should stop publishing articles too negative about Brexit. They should be MORE PATRIOTIC!"
10. "MPs who voted against a Brexit deal at the European parliament should be suspended"
11. "We might to use soldiers patrolling UK borders." (this one is the most rubbish one, I want to see those soldiers on the border to Northern Ireland...).

The next step would be

11. "Every one who still argues in public for remain is a threat of national wellbeing and success. He or she should be fined for being a traitor". I am counting the days until this will come out of one of those mouths in UK.

And then you would have the ultimate proof of "direct democracy" destroying a society. No wonder all those right populist and autocratic leaders wants to have it.
