Fellow Cyclists (perhaps specifically French cyclists): I am in France and biking around various regions. As I do route-planning, I was under the impression that the # that a road has after a letter D (e.g. D561 vs. D17) signifies whether the road has busy traffic patterns or not...i.e. D17 is busier than D561. I have been on D99 with my wife recently and it was a very heavy and fast traffic (90KM Speed Limit) pattern that scared my wife a bit. Shall I presume that my impression of higher #'ed vs lower #'ed road identifications is wrong? I do use GoogleMaps with 'Bike' option in planning. Thanks very much for your guidance in advance.

Has anyone used bikeflights.com to ship their bikes in the USA or from USA to international destinations? If yes, would you recommend it? I'd also like to know whether you recommend another company? Thnx

To my 50+ something virtual friends who are passionate about cycling...
If you have not read it already I'd strongly recommend the book 'Faster After 50' by Joe Friel. He has done a great job describing training and nutrition for serious but aging athletes specifically cyclists.
Must Read!

Has anyone who has a Dura-Ace 9000 group set converted to Di2 version (Electronic)?
What pieces of the set do not get to be changed (i.e. can be used)?
Thanks
