Has anyone used bikeflights.com to ship their bikes in the USA or from USA to international destinations? If yes, would you recommend it? I'd also like to know whether you recommend another company? Thnx

To my 50+ something virtual friends who are passionate about cycling...
If you have not read it already I'd strongly recommend the book 'Faster After 50' by Joe Friel. He has done a great job describing training and nutrition for serious but aging athletes specifically cyclists.
Must Read!

Has anyone who has a Dura-Ace 9000 group set converted to Di2 version (Electronic)?
What pieces of the set do not get to be changed (i.e. can be used)?
Thanks

If you are going from mech to elec, you would need brifters, and derailleurs.

Thank you all...my intention is to stay with Dura-Ace i.e. No mix & match.
I live in Rocky Mountains, Colorado where there are no flat routes for which I'd like to have some of the advantages e.g. Multi-shifting and total weight, e.t.c. of Di2 if I fork the $$$ out. My bike riding is my biggest passion which I don't try to cut corners on. Thanks again for quick and valuable recommendations.

The water bottle bracket battery is deprecated. With R9000, it was already only used for frames that would not work with internal cable routing. With M9000, it's completely out. There now exists an external holder for the seatpost battery, as well as a system to mount it inside the steerer tube.
