Nothing published, and I'm confident they wouldn't make an announcement here. I don't believe there is enough backlash against the phablet form factor to go smaller again. Until recently Google had a majority share in Motorola and assisted with the design and build of the latest Moto E, Moto G and Moto X lines. The Moto E is extremely cheap, and yet it's one of the best phones I've used. It's got an almost stock version of Android. The only additions are entirely elegant. The company has since been sold to Lenovo who launched the phones themselves. Sadly Lenovo has made some bad support decisions, so they're not the amazing line they used to be, but if you're looking for a 4.5 inch you may want to get a Moto E or Moto G.
