Happy National Bacon Day! I found some Whole30 (likely Paleo too) recipes using bacon. The best bacon would be from pastured pigs; I haven't stumbled upon that. I'm still being amazed about how many brands contain nitrates and added sugar (which is off limits for Whole30 and paleo). http://ow.ly/I84230hurKK
