Can Apple stop producing products that make us have to buy new products in a year. Thanks for making a $2k Mac that will run out of space in a year!

China threatens iPhone 7 sales if Trump declares trade war.
Hmmm, isn't this what Trump wanted? To mKe the US a superpower again? Trump has already ostracized Apple for hiring excessively in China so this would actually further show Apple they would need to hire locally more. All good right?!
Chinese state-run newspaper Global Times suggested in an editorial Sunday that the national government would elect to retaliate against Donald Trump should he launch a long-feared trade war with Asia's biggest economy. Their method of counterattack? No more iPhones. And cars. "A batch of Boeing orders will be replaced by Airbus. U.S. auto and iPhone sales in China will suffer a setback, and U.S. soybean and maize imports will be halted. China can...

If you get a defective iPhone screen replacement, Apple will turn its cheek and blame it on the customer for mishandling the iPhone. Guess what? At New York Computer Help, we have a 6-month warranty that guarantees you'll get a replacement screen if, for some reason, your screen is defective. Apple had lost its customer service ways. We haven't. At the end of the day, the customer is who should be happy, not some overbearing faulty policy. We get it. Apple doesn't. Microphone drop.
Apple has finally admitted to the existence of the mysterious iPhone ailment that caused unresponsive screens and came to be called the "touch disease."

We love our boob-tube and digital highway, a.k.a. TV and Internet.  We love it so much that we sometimes let our bills and increasing amounts slip away from us.  Watching Bravo, HBO and having high-speed WiFi Internet access is invaluable, right?  Well,…

FBI operated 23 Tor-hidden child porn sites, deployed malware from them. Not only did the FBI use these sites to sleuth out those disgusting child stalkers, but they partook in such activities and disseminated malware in the process. We have uncovered many kiddie porn malware in the last few years from customer's computers. Customers would come in all embarrassed wondering how their computers got so infected. Now, I can blame it on the FBI!
Researcher: FBI was likely enabled to run half of all child porn sites on the servers.

I traveled from SF to NY and one the way, my XPS laptop got zapped. These guys were able to diagnose and repair the issue (for a reasonable price) within the week I was in NYC so I was able to return with a fully functional laptop. It was really helpful that they were open on the weekend as well.

Thank you Matt. We are pleased to hear your Dell XPS is working well again.

Have dealt with them before. I am an old lady and a computer idiot. Lawrence has been to my apartment and helped me out several times. He has been totally helpful and explains things well. I have an old iMac, and old DVD player...all hooked up properly and now the printer works too. Could not be better!
Response from the owner - 2 months ago
Thank you so much for your kind words, Beverly. Happy you were satisfied with our home computer service.

Whatever you don't go here! Faster isn't always better they rush phone repairs so now my phone is falling apart. when I Brought it they are charging me a service fee of 40 dollars which is ridiculous , because they are the reason my phone is falling apart !

Overall, real professional and really honest. 1st time I went, they cleaned out the trackpad with pure alcohol solution. Seemed to do the trick but temporally. Did not have to pay anything. 2nd time I went, I just told them to replace my trackpad for my MacBook Pro 15" because it just was too unresponsive. Replacing it took about 30mins. Super fast super secured and comes with warranty. I'm glad I came here to fix it. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Real OEM parts, and really professional about their business. A+++

I don't think I've had a better experience with a computer repair company. New York Computer Help repaired the broken motherboard in my HP laptop for about $50 less then the price quoted by the manufacturer, and also fixed one of my internal wireless antennas that had been bent for no charge. After it turned out the replacement motherboard they installed had a faulty sound card, they ordered and installed a second motherboard and gave me a USB sound card to use while it shipped - all at no cost to me. Many thanks to Elliott and the rest of the team for being so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process!
