P Bochun: I had a stacking washer and dryer that was not working properly. I had called a couple of other companies who suggested what the problem might be and quoted me expensive rates for both parts and to come do the diagnostic. My neighbour recommended Newtech and so I called Amin who came to my home at the time arranged. He was professional and knowledgeable. He also charged less for the service call than the others. He diagnosed the problem that ended up being different from what others had thought. He ordered the necessary part and came back to install it on his day off because it fit my schedule! My washing machine now works perfectly and he saved me money. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Steve Nicholls: Hassan came on time, took extra care to protect our new floors and walls during repairs and diagnosed the problem with our washing machine in the first 5 minutes. Took washer apart from below to avoid the floor damage, fixed pump and had it working perfectly within the hour. Then charged a very reasonable rate! Could not have asked for a better company, and recommend them highly.
