The only thing better than an ice-cold cocktail at the end of a hot summer day is a cocktail disguised as a popsicle!
WATERMELON BOOZE POPS
1/2 c. of tequila
1/4 c. triple sec
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
8 oz. watermelon, rinds removed
wooden ice cream spoons
Mix tequila, triple sec, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Place watermelon wedges in the bowl, cover, and let sit for 20 minutes. Carefully insert stick into the wedge. Dip the tops of the wedge in sugar and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze pops for at least two hours. Serve immediately.
