Dear, I thank you for your comment. Your comment gives me the possibility to respond if there is any confusion in your booking. Your booking was made by a travel agancy. One room was booked with breakfast and two rooms without breakfast. As you maybe have seen during your booking the rates per room were different due to the breakfast. Bookings made in a congres periode are in general higher than in a regular period. Also there was some confusion by you and your collegues about the citytax. As explained at the front desk, all three reservations, for one night, were made without citytax so that means that the client has to pay this citytax by himself. For further information you always can contact your travel agency who will confirm you that they cannot give the service to make a booking including citytax in this hotel. About the heating I would like to inform you that the heating is programmed by arrival of clients on 22 degree Celcius to optimise the clients comfort. The client can raise the temparature till 30 Degrees Celcius. I'am also aware about the discussion you had with the reception about a forgotten item in the room. As explained on the telephone, we only can return forgotten items to the legal person who stayed inside the room and not of course to somebody else. You did not want to accept this explanation but with all respect I cannot change this in our procedures. I really do hope that you do understand that not everything is as easy as we think. I hope you appreciated my comment and hopefully you will not avoid this hotel when you are back in Brussels. Once again thank you for your understanding!
