Reading the news that Donna Summer died today of cancer, age 63

Makes me remember her most classic song from the early 70s.

+Charles Stern that was a good one. As was 'She Works Hard for The Money.' And 'On the Radio'. Indeed, I liked them all.
+Neville Hobson , When we were in the thick of the disco era, I really disliked her on principle. But a few years out, I went back and started listening again. There were some amazingly good singers and musicians, especially the ones like Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor and Thelma Houston, who went beyond the limits of what disco was supposed to be.
