Paying employees sounds simple enough, but when you factor in taxes, fees and other regulations it can quickly get confusing. This is a great post written by +Fit Small Business that outlines ways to simplify the #payroll  process. Hope you find it useful!

Introduction
I'm a mom of four beautiful children and am married to my best friend, my business partner and my husband of 16 years. My husband and I started our first business back in 1997 from our apartment and grew that venture to a lager company that was acquired by Intuit in 2005. We could have retired then - but who wants to do that? In 2009, we started CorpNet.com, where we help entrepreneurs incorporate a business, Form an LLC, file a DBA and many other legal startup tasks.
