After Thousands of Years, Earth's Frozen Life Forms Are Waking Up... And nobody is freaking out yet...
What's happening in Siberia's thawing permafrost and Greenland's melting glaciers sounds borderline supernatural. Ancient viruses, bacteria, plants, and even animals have been cryogenically frozen there for millennia—and now, they are waking up.

Survivor's Guide to the Apocalypse: The Basics
I have come to the realization that thinking your way out of the end of the world involves first rethinking the terms "preparation" and "the end of the world."  How and why I will reveal as we go on but for now I want to cover what I think are "The Basics" ...

Went for lunch on a Tuesday around 1pm. Service was quick and made to order. Menu is pretty large compared to the size of the location, enough room for 1 or 2 people inside. For a single location independent burger place I was pretty impressed, I would note, keep your expectations reasonable. This is not a chain or a corporate location. Its about the food and service, neither was lacking. If you are looking to be disappointment you will probably find it whether its food or in life.

Recently purchased a CX-9 through OZZY RIOS (he rocks.) Things that were great: 1.) Willingness to work with me on the price 2.) Flexibility, I did my finance application online, sent in the other info and did the whole signing on my lunch hour. 3.) NOT a high pressure sale. OC Mazda is about customers not just 1 time sales. I have my car serviced here and now my car. They are always friendly, easy to work with and take good care of me. I would definitely buy from them again and continue to get my car serviced there.

I have been going to Maki Zushi since it opened and have never once been disappointed. The quality is in the sushi, I can't speak to much of the cooked food as I don't get it very often. However the New York steak is tender, juicy, well-prepared and high quality meat. The fish (the primary reason to eat at a sushi place) is hand inspected by the owners who run the place and they are sure to get fresh, quality and delicious meats. Of note are their LIVE and Market price items, specifically Toro (stomach of blue fin tuna) that I have had is some of the most fresh that I've had at numerous places. The service is good for a small place and the decor is nothing super fancy but definitely the wood quality, table settings and interior is a cut above the standard fast food Japanese place. Sushi presenataion is always precise, not messy. The rice is not soggy or hard. The rolls are not over-sized or too small as well as the sauces provide distinct flavor blends that do not dominate a dish is often the case with cheap sushi. I would eat here every chance I get and without hesitation it is my go-to sushi place for under $30 a person. You will not be disappointed.
